Despite the funnel more than\u00a0doubling\u00a0with\u00a0CORs,\u00a0quotes, and compliance requests, they drastically\u00a0decreased answer times by half. This helped the business in 2025 nearly\u00a0double\u00a0the win rate.\u00a0Laetitia is rightly extremely proud of her team for this incredible achievement,\u00a0and she credits their\u00a0secret sauce as being how well they\u00a0collaborate together, supported by\u00a0a\u00a0culture\u00a0where everyone loves to help\u00a0each\u00a0other.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Who are the people behind our service excellence record?&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We wanted to bring our behind-the-scenes stars into the spotlight, which we did by filming our Operations team,&nbsp;you can&nbsp;meet&nbsp;them in this&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/zayoeutrans.burbledev.com\/customer-experience\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">video<\/a>. These are the people who expertly look after our customers at every step&nbsp;&#8211; managing complex&nbsp;fibre&nbsp;builds, superfast delivery timescales, and the in-life 24\/7 management of the network. They do the hard stuff, so&nbsp;it\u2019s&nbsp;easy for our customers.&nbsp;What\u2019s&nbsp;more,&nbsp;they enjoy it&nbsp;&#8211; taking&nbsp;a great deal of pride in delivering, particularly when&nbsp;it\u2019s&nbsp;challenging. They also have a lot of fun together and are&nbsp;a great team&nbsp;to work with.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A personal note from Service Delivery&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I&nbsp;caught up with Moira Dicker, who manages the London Service Delivery team, to ask how 2025 has been for her.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201cIt\u2019s&nbsp;been a year of progress, collaboration, challenge, joy, and&nbsp;<\/em><strong><em>one that has reminded me just how much can be achieved when people believe in a shared purpose<\/em><\/strong><em>.<\/em>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>One of the biggest highlights for me has been the elevated recognition that Service Delivery has received. \u201cBest in Class\u201d&nbsp;isn\u2019t&nbsp;just a slogan for us\u2014it&#8217;s&nbsp;our differentiator. And this year,&nbsp;it\u2019s&nbsp;really shown its value. Our commitment to reducing Mean Time to Install,&nbsp;maintaining&nbsp;transparent and honest communication, and consistently delighting our customers is paying off. Existing customers feel the difference, and new customers are seeing early proof that partnering with Zayo Europe was the right choice. Even more rewarding has been seeing members of my team rise to the challenge. Our Project Managers have stepped up, taken ownership, and excelled when more has been asked of them. Watching their confidence grow as they embrace accountability has been incredible.<\/em>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Another pivotal moment this year&nbsp;was&nbsp;being part of an internal initiative designed to strengthen collaboration, empowerment, and strategic influence across the extended leadership team. Being part of this journey with my peers was invigorating.&nbsp;It\u2019s&nbsp;created space for honest conversations, shared goals, and a renewed sense of purpose.&nbsp;We\u2019re&nbsp;already seeing the early impact, with even more potential ahead in 2026.
